You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Traveler accounts and hotel partner accounts may have different features and obligations.

You retain ownership of the reviews, photos, and other content you submit, but you grant LobbyBar.ai a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content on the platform. You agree that your contributions are honest, based on genuine experiences, and do not infringe anyone's rights.

We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, or that otherwise violates these terms.

You agree not to misuse the platform, including by posting fake reviews, scraping data, attempting to disrupt the service, or impersonating others. Hotel partners may not post reviews of their own venues or competitors.

Partners who claim a listing are responsible for the accuracy of the information they publish, including happy hour times, deals, and menu details. Promotions must be genuine and honored as described.

Content on LobbyBar.ai, including AI-generated summaries and recommendations, is provided for informational purposes only. Hours, prices, and availability change frequently — always confirm directly with the venue. The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LobbyBar.ai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on its content.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
